6" of rain in 3 hours last nite, so far, knock wood, basement still dry, all old & new roofs not leaking. All nearby creeks & rivers flooded

Copper sunroom roof on our 90 y/o house leaking this AM after 3 in of pouring rain last nite. Everything else incl the basement looks fine.

Thanks to all you that braved the local thunderstorms Sat nite to surprise me on my 50th bday. Am still sobering up and getting more sleep!

It happened. Got my 1st AARP envelope in the mail yesterday. WTF?? How the f*k do they KNOW I'll be 50 next week? Creepy! Brian's laughing!

Threw out my lower back doing laundry in the basement Tues morn, how embarrassing?! Much better after much yoga, crunches, & my back brace.
